Navdeep, who was previously a bank manager, switched to a career in the teaching field. His priority is to provide guidance and motivation to his students.

Navdeep Chawla is the Owner and Director at Advanced Learning Institute which he has been running for three years. He runs coaching classes from 11th Commerce to M.Com and for various entrance exams. He also provides placement to his students.

Navdeep was born and brought up in Alwar, Rajasthan. During his school days he never thought of becoming a teacher. He did MBA in Finance and Accounting.

Talking about the journey in his life, Navdeep says that after his MBA,  he got a job in CBRE South Asia Pvt.Ltd as an accountant. He has also worked in sales, accounting, operations and HRM fields. He also worked as an Assistant Manager at the Axis Bank. But he was not satisfied with all these jobs. He found pleasure in teaching and so he decided to join the education field, says Navdeep.

Continuing sharing about the journey of his life, Navdeep says that he applied to all the schools and colleges of Alwar and finally he was appointed in NIET College as an Assistant Professor. Navdeep proudly says that within 20 days he was appointed as the Head of the Department. He also started his own Institute with only two students in a small rented room. Very soon he got many students and became successful in running his institute.

Sharing his achievements, Navdeep says that one of his students received All India Rank in CA Foundation which was a big achievement for him.

Navdeep feels motivated and happy when parents and students of his institute thank him and give him credit that he has molded their children's life and career.

When asked about role models in his life, Navdeep says that he considers his Professor Anil Kalra, who improved his personality, and Dwivedi Sir, who motivated him to be regular in his job and build his career, as his role models.

When free, Navdeep likes to spend time with his family and friends.

To the aspirants to the field of teaching, Navdeep advises them that they should keep themselves updated and have perfect knowledge about their subject.

Advising everyone, Navdeep says that we should never feel that we are unlucky and alone. He says that we should always keep struggling, and then we would certainly get success.

Navdeep's success mantra is to never ever give up.
