The key to success is hard work.
Narendra Dangi is the Former Deputy Director of Education of the Board of Secondary Education, Government of Rajasthan. He belongs to Udaipur and got his education from the government schools of Udaipur. He did his graduation, B.Ed, and M.Com from the Government College itself.
Narendra took his first job as a Commerce Teacher in Khushi Secondary School, Rawatbhata. After that he took transfers and continued teaching commerce to children. He says teaching was an important source of employment but he also wanted to make those children something for which he made a close contact with the students. He started observing the personal and mindset obstacles and barriers coming in between their careers. Hence he guided them as a counselor to make their future better.
In 1993, Narendra joined the administrative services of the Education Department of Rajasthan and got a chance to work in the tribal area. He says it was a different culture there and when he became the head of the school, he had to take care of everything like talking to parents and children, motivating teachers and following the rules of the department as well. He performed them all very well.
Narendra says when Covid arrived, at that time he was working in Chittorgarh as the Chief District Education Officer. There were eleven panchayat samitis under his supervision and together they did their duty. They took care of every new person coming in the village by quarantining him and making complete arrangements for his food and accommodation to prevent the virus from spreading in the village by adhering to all the orders and instructions issued by the government.
