Nana Lal was born and brought up in a village near Udaipur. While growing up, he faced several financial problems, but he never let them break his will to achieve what he deserved. Then he moved to Udaipur and completed his schooling at Fateh School. There he completed his high school graduation, along with doing a part-time job after school.
Nana Lal was always inclined towards pursuing a career as an entrepreneur. He started investing in small-scale businesses when he was still in high school. He started his first venture as a clothing store at Shastri Circle. During this time, Nana Lal got the opportunity to make a deal for a piece of land. Discovering the profits in the real estate market, he delved into the industry in 1988 and never looked back.
Nana Lal firmly believes that having integrity in this line of work is one of the most important factors in running a successful business. For him, money-making isn’t the top priority, but the way he earns it is something he values the most and holds onto.
Since the very beginning, Nana Lal has been involved in several social activities as well, addressing the problems of people and attempting to solve them in the best way possible. This quality led him to pursue a career in politics. As a renowned member of the municipality, he has helped the community in numerous ways.
Sharing his COVID experiences, Nana Lal says that during the worldwide pandemic, he was actively involved in the upliftment of people through his non-profit organization, especially the laborers. Within two months, he gave out over 40,000 meal packets, trying his very best to address the hunger issue prevalent among people earning daily wages.
Nana Lal advises that it is important to show respect to peers, workers, and employees. He firmly believes that respect is earned through actions, not positions. Anyone who wants to enter the real estate sector is advised to stick to their roots and treat people with the same amount of respect they wish to deserve. He also stresses the fact that patience is a virtue and that one must wait in order to reap the benefits of their hard work.
