Naitik Mahatma is working as the Sales Officer at Ravindra Heraeus Pvt. Ltd. providing catalysts to foster medicinal manufacturing.

Naitik Mahatma was born in Udaipur and completed his schooling and higher education in the city.

Since childhood, Naitik has been a cricket lover but had to quit playing to make a career. However, he feels content with his sacrifice as it helped him stand on his feet, get an education, and a well-paying job. Naitik advises everyone to never lose hope.

Talking about his role models, Naitik says his father is his role model and he acquired a responsible attitude from him.

Talking about COVID, Naitik says it was a very hard time for him. During the first lockdown, he realised the gravity of the situation and sensibly worked to provide more help to the medicine-making companies. However, the second lockdown broke him as his father got infected with the virus and his family struggled until his father was back to normal.

In his free time, Naitik likes to try out new places to hang out and eat with his friends. Otherwise, he likes to watch television or have a mindful sleep.

If he gets a Time Machine, Naitik would want to go back to his school life and enjoy those carefree days.

According to Naitik, experience helps us to learn something new with practical exposure as compared to education.
