An etiquette coach, Nachiket advises people to always follow their hearts. He believes that general polite behaviour as well as dining etiquettes are important, as they bring about  a difference in your life.

Nachiket is the founder of Etiquette by Nachiket in Mangalore.

Nachiket has 10 years of experience in this field. He started this practice when he used to teach hotel management students and realized that there was a general lack of etiquette among people. Initially, he worked as a coach for personality development and then got the idea to teach general and dining etiquette to enhance the personality of an individual.

Nachiket says he thinks that you can either  be part of the problem or be part of the solution, and he chooses to be part of the solution. He always tries to do his best to solve any problem.

Sharing his success mantra, Nachiket says that the meaning of success is to be able to do any task to the best of your ability and to be able to impart the same to other people.

Speaking about his achievements, Nachiket says that starting his own consultancy is the biggest achievement for him.

Advising aspirants to his field, Nachiket says that it is a very new field, and so, one should first take baby steps. He believes that this industry can be a big market for all the people. One should be true to themselves to enter this industry and should be humble to accept the things.

Nachiket shares that he never considered himself a leader, and always acted according to the situation.

Nachiket says that experience is way better than education, as he believes that the education system has to be universe-oriented rather than university-oriented. He says experience is more valuable than the current education system.

Recalling his childhood, Nachiket says that he was born in a small town called Manipal, Karnataka. He used to travel a lot due to the transferable job of his father. From childhood, he was a very mischievous child, as he used to play pranks on other people. He was also a foodie and faced some financial problems during childhood as he belonged to a middle-class family.

Even if given a time machine, Nachiket would not  want to go back to his past because he wants to shape the future.

Nachiket shares that every moment of life is fun for him as nature amuses him. He is also the author of four books, and his first book was ‘Flavours of Life".

Sharing his COVID experience, Nachiket says that it was like a nightmare for the hospitality and textile industries, as everything was shut down at the time of the pandemic. He realized that it was important to change your lifestyle and to be humble and down to earth.
