Mukesh aspired to become a Government Officer, but could not make it. Now he runs a Coaching Academy to help students fulfil their dreams.

Mukesh Kumar Sharma has been running his ‘Chintan Academy’ in Bhilwara for the last four years. His academy holds a good position in Bhilwara. He has been teaching Hindi from the last ten years to RPSC, Constable, Patwar, SI and other Central and State level exams aspirants .

Mukesh belongs to Gega Kheda village of the Kotri Tehsil of Bhilwara. He went to Bhilwara after doing B.Ed and did M.A in Hindi. Then he started looking for jobs in the coaching line and started working as a Manager at Jai Hind Academy in Bhilwara. Then, he taught Hindi at different coaching centres for four years. And in 2017, he started his own Coaching Centre called ‘Chintan Academy’, where he teaches Hindi, Rajasthan Art and Culture and G.K & Current Affairs. In the coming years, he wants to bring his coaching institute on the online platform as well to reach as many students as possible.

Describing his struggles, Mukesh says that he worked very hard for four years to get a government job, but he couldn’t make it. After struggling too much when nothing happened in his favour, he did several jobs and gradually started his own coaching centre.

Talking about his Covid experience, Mukesh says that the education field has suffered a lot due to the Covid pandemic and it cannot be compensated. During this time, both private and government sectors have seen upheavals. Because of this, even paying the rent of the building has become difficult for them. Due to the closure of educational institutions, all these problems are increasing even more.

If Mukesh had a Time Machine, he would want to go to the future and think of some remedy for dreadful diseases like Corona.

Mukesh believes that along with Education, Experience also matters a lot because unless you have experience, you have to put aside your education. He thinks that in the education field, nobody can progress without experience no matter how educated they are.

In order to get into the education line, Mukesh suggests that it is necessary for any person to be at least 12th pass along with teaching experience. And to get into the coaching line, you should have a BA or MA degree as without it you would not be able to satisfy the students.

Mukesh considers Dr. Raghav Prakash, the Director of one of the most renowned coaching centres of Jaipur, as his role model.

Mukesh shares that since childhood, he topped his schools and even in B.Ed he scored good marks because of which his parents and villagers are proud of him, and that is a huge achievement for him. And when the students of his academy get selected for government jobs, it is a big achievement for him too.

Mukesh advises today’s parents to keep their children away from social media as much as they can and give them as much facility as is useful for their education.
