Mukesh Kumawat runs MRK Computer Services. He provides all the hardware and other computer-related services to his clients in Udaipur.

Mukesh Kumawat is originally from Rajsamand. He has his wife and two daughters living with him in Udaipur. He came to Udaipur because his family was against his marriage. After his schooling, which he completed in his village, he went to Banglore with his friends to study diploma in computer hardware and networking technology.

After he came to Udaipur, Mukesh did a job for five years because he had to support his family. He had to work extra shifts to earn enough to be able to survive. Then he started his own venture MRK Computer Services. It has been five years since he has been running his firm now.

It was a great deal of struggle for Mukesh when he first started working. He says he used to get a very small amount of salary and had to cut on a lot of expenses to survive. He used to work late at night just to dig up some extra cash. Now that he has his firm, he is very relieved.

The success mantra for Mukesh has been his timely delivery and superior quality. He says giving your best in what you do, allows your clients to have trust in you which is very necessary for this industry.

Mukesh thinks without sacrifices no one can succeed in life. He says to provide his services in the best possible ways, sometimes he even has to go home late, and by doing so he has to sacrifice his family time. He also goes out of station to provide his services due to which he cannot attend to his parents and children.

Mukesh also provides his clients with supplies in computer hardware other than his services.

Mukesh’s role model is his father. He says his father is a labourer and to see his dedication towards the work he does every single day, always inspires him a lot. He says the amount of work his father alone does is equal to that of two people and that really astounds him.

In his childhood, Mukesh says he was very active and participated in a lot of sports. But because he had a rather skinny frame, he was always kept in the extras. He also tried to learn cricket in his village.

After he moved to Udaipur, Mukesh started jogging every day. He met new people who were enthusiastic and motivated him to start running. After he started running, he joined a club where he met many other fitness enthusiasts and that really helped him improve a lot. Running has now become a passion for him and he has actively participated in a lot of marathons. He likes to dedicate an hour daily to running.

For the newcomers wishing to join his industry, Mukesh says it is very important to be patient and dedicated because without these qualities one cannot learn new things in life.

Mukesh thinks he was not a born leader but he gradually inculcated leadership skills. He met a lot of people on his way and kept learning from them. He says without experiencing and interacting with people, one cannot be a leader.
