Mrityunjay Bishwakarma is a yoga trainer and owner of Hari Om Yog Sansthan in Ranchi.

Mrityunjay hails from Odisha but currently resides in Ranchi.

Recalling his childhood, Mrityunjay says that his father was in the BSF, so he completed his schooling at different schools because of the transferable job of his father. His childhood was very good and happy, as he got a chance to explore most of the northern and eastern parts of India.

Talking about his journey, Mrityunjay says that he had been interested in athletics and sports since childhood. He was also good in studies, and he liked to balance both studies and sports. At the age of twenty, he started gyming under the influence of his seniors and gained knowledge about various workout techniques.

Afterwards, in the year 2019, he lost his mother due to health issues. This made him realize that everyone is suffering from some mental or physical problem and needs a cure. So he decided to gain knowledge about yoga and joined Patanjali Yog Sansthan. He dropped his Bachelor in Zoology and did self-study in the field of yoga for two years. He took certification courses from different institutes like Patanjali, Dev Sanskriti, and Nisha Joshi Training Academy, Indore. Now he is also doing a Bachelor's in Yoga Sciences.

Accepting his mistakes, Mrityunjay says that for a certain period of time he got influenced by his friends and did the wrong things. But he realized that these things were not meant for him, and quit all those things.

Sharing his achievements, Mrityunjay says that he joined the Yoga Samiti, and that was the turning point in his life. He also received certification from Patanjali and taught yoga in various programmes. Then he joined Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya to get certification in asana, pranayam, and yoga therapies. He also has various certificates in acupressure, yoga mudras, and shatkarmas. He is also the president of his university. He is running a Yog Sansthan with his partner, which is an accomplishment for him.

Mrityunjay’s role models are Osho, Sadhguru, and Baba Ramdev, as they are focused on skill-based education.

Mrityunjay’s life mantra is to do your work with full dedication.

Advising aspirants to his field, Mrityunjay says that one can go for a yoga certification course after completing their secondary or higher secondary education. There are various fields in yoga, so one can choose according to their interest. You can be a yoga teacher, instructor, and social media influencer, as well as earn a lot of money out of it.
