Mrigendra Pratap Singh originally hails from Patna but has been settled in Delhi for the past many years. He completed his schooling in Patna itself and then he moved to Delhi to do a BCA.
Mrigendra shares that after completing his Bachelors, he worked with a few companies. However, he got his first big break in his career in 2003 when he got selected as a Sales Officer with JK Tyres. Later, he also worked with other companies. Currently, he is working in Sales with Maini Materials Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi.
Talking about his struggles, Mrigendra says that struggles in life only make you stronger. He says that after completing his Bachelors, sustaining himself financially was quite a struggle for him initially.
Mrigendra considers his parents as his role models and inspiration. He says that his mother was a loving and caring lady and his father could mix with people easily. That is what he also inherited from his father.
His Success Mantra is to think far ahead into the future.
Mrigendra thinks that electric vehicles have a good future. Though he says that the infrastructure for electric vehicles in the country is not as developed as in the western countries. However, he is optimistic that India will be a leading player in Electric Mobility in future.
Mrigendra thinks Education is a must for everyone but Experience in life makes one a better person and also equips one with decision making and problem-solving.
Mrigendra is very happy and content with his profession. If he could go back in time via a Time Machine he would still want to opt for Sales as his profession.
To people aspiring to work in Sales, he advises them to always be true to their customers by giving them the right details about the products that they sell.
Talking about Covid, Mrigendra says that the pandemic was a tough period for everyone and we still are not over it. Besides, he says that on the personal front he could spend time with her daughter as owing to his profession he would always be traveling otherwise. And seeing his daughter grow was the golden period of his life, he says. Furthermore, he says that the digital transformation helped do things at a superlative pace during the pandemic.
