Motilal Dayma joined the Madhya Pradesh police in 2012 and is currently serving in Bhopal. Before that, he was posted in Indore. He has also been actively involved in bodybuilding since 2007.
Motilal takes pride in being crowned as Mr. Indore three times and winning three gold medals at the state level in bodybuilding. Furthermore, he was selected to participate in Mr. World in 2014 and is currently preparing for the World Bodybuilding Championship.
Born in Indore, Motilal completed his schooling and college education there itself. He says that during school days, his thoughts revolved around the ideologies of Gandhi Ji and Bhagat Singh. The debate between violence and non-violence lingered in his mind, leading him to realize the significance of physical strength in self-defense and protecting others.
Motilal says that his dream of joining the Indian army prompted him to work on his weight, motivating him to join a gym in 2007 and later start bodybuilding. In 2013, he earned the prestigious title of Mr. Indore. His association with the NCC during school contributed significantly to the discipline he upholds in his life, says Motilal.
Inspired by the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, Motilal firmly believes in living by the principles of truth, honesty, and discipline.
According to Motilal, life's struggles are similar to a bunch of keys, and eventually, one will find the key that unlocks the door to success.
Motilal adopts an attitude of contentment with his current circumstances while striving for continuous improvement each day.
He advises not to ignore societal opinions and suggests finding time to reflect on our actions to ensure they are aligned with goodness. He also stresses the importance of setting boundaries and limits in life.
Motilal draws inspiration from historical figures like Maharana Pratap, Bhagat Singh, and Chatrapati Shivaji, as well as modern icons such as Bruce Lee, Dalai Lama, and M.S. Dhoni. He also seeks knowledge from various religions.
He also encourages introspection through meditation. In his view, both education and experience hold equal importance.
Addressing the youth, Motilal reminds them to contemplate their duties towards the nation alongside their rights.
