Kuldeep is a Choreographer and feels that everyone should enter the field of his choice and never force themselves into any profession.

Monty Kuldeep Singh Shekhawat is from Jaipur. He is the Founder-Director of Eight Count Dance Company and ECDC Guiding Choreography.

Kuldeep believes that whatever we do in daily life is Dance and a choreographer just polishes those movements and creates them into an organized form. He thinks that Dancing and Choreography are two very different things.

Kuldeep says that his profession has two aspects. One is his Academy where he teaches Dance to students and the other aspect is Wedding Choreography where they plan Sangeet Ceremonies and related wedding functions.

Kuldeep was born and brought up in Jaipur and completed his education there itself. From childhood, he had decided to do something in the field of Dance. He says that Dance for him was a hobby which converted into a passion and now it is his profession. He says that he made some great friends in life and these friends have always supported him in all his decisions.

Talking about the Covid pandemic, Kuldeep says that it affected the complete world and, in a way, it was a balancing act by Mother Nature. He feels that in the course of development, we forgot our responsibility towards Nature. During the pandemic, he started getting work online and started taking classes on Zoom and Google Meet. He had done BCA and applied its principles in his profession by learning video editing. He also got time with his family as well which was a rare opportunity for him.

Kuldeep says that in personal life his Role Models are his grandfather, father, and his wife. He says that his wife and mother have managed the household perfectly which is inspirational for him. Also, the struggle that his father and grandfather have done to settle themselves and their kids is also something to look up to. Professionally, he follows Shiamak Dawar and wants to be like him one day.

Kuldeep feels that his biggest achievement in life is that he has created a team that is perfect and committed to him. He has also given chances to many young aspirants who could not have afforded to join a dance class or had no support from their families. He feels that it is important to support new talent and help them grow.

Kuldeep says that working in this field has made a leader out of him and he was not a born leader. His team and their support is what has made him one. He sometimes feels that his need to be perfect and his short-tempered nature prove to be drawbacks but he is working on his flaws as well.

His Success Mantra in life is simple: Work hard and create a position for yourself in this world.

He feels that in any field one has to come out of their comfort zone and not limit themselves. Free thinking is very necessary in life to move forward.
