Monika Shukla is a Spoken English Trainer at TILS Education, Bhilwara.

Monika has been teaching English for the past two years in a variety of settings. She has finished both her undergraduate and graduate studies from MDS University in Ajmer. In the MDS University graduation class of 2012, she placed third overall. Additionally, during COVID, she completed an English course from King's College, London, and a CEFR level course from the British Council.

Giving some insight into her early years, Monika states that she was always a highly talkative and creative person, traits that helped her become a self-taught artist. She claims that she was inspired to listen to certain inspirational figures in the craft business who spoke fluent English. With her talkative nature, becoming a spoken English trainer was a natural choice.

Her parents are the people she looks up to. She has always had an optimistic outlook on life and credits her parents for providing her with this support.

"Everything happens for a reason," which implies that everything is happening to you is occurring for your benefit and that even bad things are happening for your betterment, is a quote from her father that she finds inspirational. She asserts that by maintaining a positive mindset and refraining from negativity, one can continually learn and grow in life.

Speaking about her difficulties, Monika states that she had several difficulties in her profession because she was apprehensive and uneasy. She also harbored fears about what others thought of her. Despite having such pessimistic thoughts, she persisted in practicing since she understood from her line of work that consistency is the key to success.

Monika counsels aspiring teachers and students to never stop learning because education is a lifelong process. She finds continual inspiration in Vikas Divyakirti's comment, "I am a student of this subject, not the teacher," from a video.

Monika talks about the physiological growth of her personality. She used to think that material possessions were important, but these days she is more concerned with developing her inner self.

Monika draws a comparison between education and experience, advocating for learning from the "University of Life," where deeply ingrained lessons can make experiences truly transformative. You may develop into a wonderful person and a well-known figure in your industry if you take the time to reflect on your life and your mistakes, says Monika.

Monika advises the youth to be the best players in their own field and to make themselves mentally strong with positive thoughts. Developing a good mindset is crucial for achieving success in life. She advises improving your personality and thinking positively so that no one can defeat you.
