Having explored her interests in Engineering and Design, Molly identified her true calling in Event Management. She specialises in providing quality services to her clients and bringing their imagination to  reality.

Molly Borana runs her event company by the name Artha Events based in Ajmer. She does events like weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries across Rajasthan.

Molly started her venture five years back and mainly does wedding events that include tent light decor, artist management, sound arrangement etc. Her USP is to transform her customers' dreams into reality by executing the arrangements they have thought of on their special occasions. She started her event journey as an Event Coordinator before opening her own firm.

Molly also worked as a freelance model and considers herself as her own inspiration. She belongs to Merta city, a place in Nagore and had completed her basic education from a Hindi medium school. Thereafter, her family shifted to Pushkar and she did her Diploma in Engineering (Electronics and Communication) from Jodhpur. Then she did a course in Fashion Designing from INIFD, Ajmer.

Since the beginning, Molly has been less inclined towards studies and took up modelling secretly. She did her first show at the age of seventeen in which she was the showstopper. She also did some online catalogue shoots.

Molly’s Success Mantra is ‘Nothing is impossible’. She adds that if you really want something, you just ought to work hard for it and you will get it.

Molly considers her mentor Prateek Khurana as her role model who introduced her to different projects and provided opportunities for her to flourish and explore in the Event Management field.

For aspiring event managers, Molly suggests qualities of loyalty, anger management, patience, focus and time flexibility. She adds that one could face budgeting issues in this domain owing to a competitive environment. Her firm is providing event internships for the youth who envision themselves in this industry. Molly says that an on-site experience in this field is a must with practical knowledge. She says that one should also be prepared for any unexpected situation and handle it intelligently.

Talking about the pandemic days, Molly shares that since Event Management also involves employing labourers to get the work done, during Covid an impact on their employability was witnessed. She adds that the scenario also impacted even managers who had bookings in advance and their money invested in the project.

Besides events, Molly likes to indulge in modelling and writing blogs. She enjoys clubbing and is also a solo traveller coupled with an interest in riding different vehicles.
