Mohit is a Traveler and feels that starting a business requires thorough research into it.

Mohit Kumawat is from Jaipur and the founder of ‘Tripazzi’ and ‘Jaipur Bikers’, both ventures related to traveling.

Mohit has done M.Com from Rajasthan University and then he did a course in Digital Marketing. He ran an institute related to Digital Marketing from 2015 to 2019 and then started his own Traveling company. Tripazzi provides services for Bike tours, family tours, and group and solo tours.

Mohit says that he was interested in Traveling from the age of 16. He shares that once he and his friends were deciding on a trip to Ladakh in 2016 and named their group ‘Jaipur Bikers’ and that’s how this venture started. Jaipur Bikers now have around fifty main members and more than 200 volunteer members. He has traveled seven times by Bike to Ladakh himself. The group has traveled around three lakh kilometers on road by bike.

Mohit says that his main motive is to provide safe and delightful trips to his clients. He says that his biggest achievement is when his clients say that they had experienced what they had imagined and it motivates him.

Mohit shares that Covid resulted in a downfall of the Traveling industry and everyone saw losses. However, he is optimistic that now the situation is getting back on track.

Mohit feels that we can learn from everyone around us as everyone has something positive in them. He is inspired by A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Their leadership skills and dedication to their work inspire Mohit.

Mohit opines that Leadership is not bossing around the team members but being a part of the team. It is about facing every problem together and finding a collective solution.

If given a Time Machine, Mohit would not like to change anything in his past but would like to relive the 5000 KM trip he experienced with his friends.

Mohit advises the young generation to find their interest and work in that field. He also says that the best time to do anything in life is right now and not in the future.

In his free time, Mohit likes to play sports like Boxing. He also likes to play Pubg but doesn’t recommend it.
