Lockdown was a tough time for all. But during this period people mostly focused on their creativity and skills and so did he. He and his team planned for increasing variety, improving their own skills, and worked on improving quality and customer service.
The hard time of his life was when he went to a hostel in 8th standard. It was tougher for his parents as he is the youngest child in his family. But soon everything was back to normal. He learned a lot from his hostel life including how to be independent and also learned about different cultures.
For a fresher in this line, he believes that basic knowledge along with interest and creativity is required. Also one should be dedicated and consistent in his work.
Nowadays, cakes are part of every occasion, so even he feels great working in this dessert industry. He personally uses social media to keep up with the trends.
He got interested in cooking when he was 7 years old. It so happened that on New Year's eve, his parents went out for a function. He was there at home with his cousins. At 3 a.m they got hungry. His mother had prepared paneer chilly the previous night. He had watched her doing so. By just looking at the method once he prepared a yummy dish and from that very instant his interest in cooking started rising.
His elder brother is his role model from whom he has learned everything even he learned how to do business. He even learned to work with dedication, to provide 100% client satisfaction, to not compromise with quality, and to tackle clients, all from his brother.
He believes that education is very important for each and every field. Experience comes from learning and trying again and again. So he focuses on trying new varieties to provide customers with something new.
He remembers one funny incident when one of his female customers told him to write ‘bestie ka breakup’ for her friend. He did ask her the reason behind this caption and then she said that this is what she was trying for a long time so it calls for a celebration.
