After struggling a lot in life since childhood, Mohd Ahsan became a successful entrepreneur. He is the Managing Director of his own real estate and pharmaceutical company after fourteen long years of corporate experience.

Mohd Ahsan Qasim is the Managing Director of Heritage Green Group of Companies in Lucknow. There he looks after and manages the real estate, hospitality and pharmaceutical verticals of the company.

Mohd Ahsan belongs to Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. He did his primary schooling from there itself. He graduated from Lucknow Christian Degree College. Soon after that he took his first job at WHO and alongside did his MBA in Human Resources. After four good years at WHO, he joined ICICI Prudential Group as a Frontline Unit Manager. There he got twelve promotions in ten years of experience in the field of sales. After touching heights in his professional career, he decided to become an entrepreneur.

Mohd Ahsan says that after studying the market, he saw great opportunities in the real estate sector. Hence, he started his real estate company in Lucknow in 2017. He focused on filling the gaps prevailing in this sector. It took him two-and-a-half years of hard work and struggle to create his own brand and acquire his own land. Overcoming all the challenges, he built a township on eighty-five acres of his own land, which is a mark of success in itself. Soon, he got an entry in the pharmaceutical sector too by the name, ‘Advil Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd.’

Mohd Ahsan says that struggle remained in his life since childhood as his father died when he was ten. To support his education, he used to give private tuitions at home. Later on he lost his mother and parents-in-law too. After struggling a lot in life, he has reached this point today.

When asked about his role models, Mohd Ahsan says he considers his father as his role model because he always walked on the path of honesty and empathize with people below his rank. He also draws inspiration from the famous boxer, Muhammad Ali for his statement ‘I am the best.’

Talking about his mistakes, Mohd Ahsan says that when he trusted others more than himself and got cheated, it was the worst experience and biggest mistake of his life.

Mohd Ahsan feels that his positivity, hard work, determination and passion to do his work has led him towards success. And that’s what his Success Mantra is.

In his spare time, Mohd Ahsan spends most of his time on meditation, that is he never misses his five-time religious prayer. Also, he has a lot of interest in sports, and especially cricket is his favorite. Sometimes, he likes to read books and biographies of great philosophers and business persons.

Advising everyone, Mohd Ahsan says that we should do something today to have a better tomorrow. So he tells us to focus on today instead of tomorrow.

Mohd Ahsan advises the aspirants to make goals and try hard to achieve them. He encourages the youth to discuss their career perspectives with their seniors and mentors instead of their friends. This will help you to achieve anything in life and you will always get good supervision. Further he says that you cannot get success on the very first day. You need to work hard, sweat in the field and time will give you whatever you want in life.
