Nisar has been working diligently for his family business and carrying forward the professional legacy of his father.

Mohammed Nisar is the owner of his family's business of Bangle Manufacturing.

Nisar hails from the city of Sultanpur in the Kota district of Rajasthan. He recalls that he had a lively childhood and used to be a naughty kid. He has a B.A. and a double M.A. in both Public Affairs and Urdu.

Sharing about his journey, Nisar says that after completing his education, he joined his family's business of bangle manufacturing. He has been associated with this business since his birth. The business, which was started by his father in 1973 by opening the first shop in Sultanpur, has now gained prominence and has three branches, two in Sultanpur and one in Kota.

Nisar thinks that he has inherited the skills of bangle-making by birth from his father. He is determined to expand the business internationally, as it is a small-scale industry with a lot of potential.

Talking about his challenges, Nisar says that he has seen tough times too. There was a time when only his father and elder brother handled the business. His father began experiencing severe pain in his leg and became unable to manage the business. It was a very difficult time for the family, both emotionally and financially. However, his father is all right now and also guides him in business.

Nisar shares an interesting experience during the lockdown period. He says that just before the lockdown, he was visiting a friend in Kota, and the lockdown got extended, and he was stuck there for one month. Eventually, with the help of his friends, he was able to return home safely. However, this was a great learning experience for him.

To all those who want to start a business of their own, Nisar advises them that first they must have a clear idea of what they want to do, and then they should gain experience in the field and have a positive attitude towards life.

Nisar is of the opinion that education, experience, and work are all important for growth in life.

When asked about his role models, Nisar considers his father and a fitness model, Asim Zyad as his inspirations.

When free, Nisar likes to enjoy his leisure time with friends. He also makes efforts to try and put a smile on people's faces with his entertainment skills, as he cannot bear sadness on anyone’s face.
