He explains that during the second wave of the Covid epidemic, he was struck by the realisation that many individuals were battling various illnesses and yearned to get help. He explains how yoga helped him overcome his despair following his injury, which inspired him to pursue a career in yoga teaching.
Recalling his early years, Mithun states he was raised in a middle-class home and lost his father when he was eight years old. His mother single-handedly raised them, four brothers and a sister, thus that was a very important period of his life. He attended a local government school for his secondary education, and finished his upper secondary education through Rajasthan open education school.
Thereafter, he worked for 17 years in a variety of positions in various jobs. However, after his accident he changed his professional path at the age of 30 and completed his diploma. After that, he relocated to Bangalore and worked there for a few months. Later, wanting to further his education, he returned to Udaipur and is presently enrolled at Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree.
Regarding his role models, Mithun says that he doesn’t have a single role model because he picked up knowledge from a variety of sources. He respects her mother's bravery and perseverance since raising five children as a single mother is a difficult task. He considers himself fortunate that his mother never leaves his side, and is his true role model.
The thought "Never stop in life and keep moving ahead" serves as his source of motivation and inspiration. According to him, life is a cycle and it's essential to move on and learn new things because doing so aids in a person's personal growth.
He finds great inspiration in Jubin Nautiyal's bhajan, "Pata nahi kis roop mein aake narayan mil jayenge," and he lives by it. He recommends constantly having positive ideas, talking clearly, and thinking properly. He suggests expressing oneself clearly and respectfully when you are meeting new individuals.
He counsels aspiring individuals to concentrate on three key phrases when pursuing any career path: What, Why, and How. Prior to making any professional decisions, people should understand what to do and why they want to pursue a particular sector. You will discover the "how" after determining the "why" by conducting research in the selected field. Therefore, while choosing a career, everyone should consider these three factors.
In order to go forward, Mithun advises young people to choose a goal for themselves and begin working towards it. Additionally, since there are advantages and disadvantages to phone use, it should be limited. He suggests staying hydrated, drinking a lot of water, and being content.
