An entrepreneur, Meghna believes that it is important to have a zeal for working and keep moving in life to achieve the desired goals.

Meghna Nahar is the CEO and co-founder of Neo Spacio Technical Services LLC in Dubai.

Recalling her childhood, Meghna says that she spent her childhood in Udaipur and enjoyed it thoroughly. She misses the moments that she spent at Fatehsagar Lake without any tension for the future.

Meghna did her schooling at St. Mary’s School, Udaipur. She completed a B.Tech. in Architecture and got a gold medal from SRM University, Chennai. Then she got a placement in a company and worked there for three years. Afterwards, she took a break, discovered things on her own, and started her own startup. Then again, she did a good job of understanding more about the business world. She got married and went to Dubai, where she met her colleague. They both decided to start their own venture in the field of interior design. They started their Instagram page, and through references, they got good interior projects.

When asked about her struggles, Meghna says that when she left her comfort zone, it was her first struggle. Another obstacle she had was convincing her parents about her job and her choice to start her own firm.

She feels blessed to have such supportive parents who have always encouraged her to try new things. She always has the attitude to take failures as lessons.

Comparing education and experience, Meghna says that basic education is important, but experience plays a major role in life to achieve success. The experiences that you gain in daily life will help you grow. She says experience is more important than education.

Even if given a time machine to go back in time, Meghna wouldn’t want to change anything from her past, as she enjoyed every failure and every success.

Meghna’s role model is Shahrukh Khan, as she gets inspiration from his zeal for working.

Meghna’s success mantra is ‘Success begins when you start trying’. Surround yourself with good people and make a calculated move.

Advising aspirants to her field, Meghna says that it is not compulsory to do a course in Interior Design. To make others understand and to talk to someone, you should have the knowledge. Knowledge in this field can be gained through various sources like books, documentaries, work experience, and many more. To learn and gain experience, it is important to try things practically. It is important to have passion, knowledge, and experience instead of a degree in design. She says to start small and don't screw up big things. Put your heart and soul into it, take it slowly, and try to recognise your capabilities.
