With an inner desire to make a difference, Meenakshi joined an educational institute to not just learn, but teach others along the way.

Meenakshi Menaria is a technician at Vidya Bhavan Polytechnic College. She has been providing her services at the institute for a decade now. Meenakshi belongs to Udaipur, Rajasthan.

Recalling her childhood days, Meenakshi says she did her schooling at Jyoti School, which taught her the values she is thankful for even today. From the beginning, Meenakshi was fond of teaching. She enrolled in private education after completing her 10th standard. Thereafter, Meenakshi did her graduation and worked for an IT company for some time. However, on the inside, she always wanted to go for a profession wherein she could give back to society and make a difference. This was when she applied at Vidya Bhavan and has been working there since.

Talking about the challenges she has faced, Meenakshi shares that once she met with an accident, a time which was quite difficult for her. On that note, she is thankful to her family and the college authorities who supported her at every step.

When asked about her role models, Meenakshi says she considers her father as her inspiration, who took great care of her after her accident.

Meenakshi advises the youth to stop wasting their time and utilize it in the best possible way. She suggests they focus on developing their skills and becoming financially independent. Meenakshi goes on to say that in a world of inflation, one needs to be one step ahead to earn some extra income besides their full-time job.

Meenakshi’s mantra for success is "Everything is possible."

In her free time, Meenakshi likes to indulge in productive activities and learn something new.
