A teacher should act as a role model and strive to engage students in various activities beyond academics. Meena emphasizes the importance of moral values and discipline in the present generation.

Education is the most important thing to Meena, as it is a fundamental right of every human being. She believes that education provides knowledge and internal satisfaction. Regarding leadership, Meena believes that a teacher's focus should be on their students' development and, therefore, should act as a role model. A teacher's discipline and punctuality are crucial because students emulate their behavior.

In addition to teaching, Meena has a passion for drawing and painting. She believes that discipline is an essential quality that everyone, especially the future generation, should possess, as it is important in both personal and professional life.
