Determined to become a doctor from a very young age, Dr. Medha Garg has struggled and fought her way to success. She feels that a college can only guide you, it’s your personal dedication that helps you in getting success in life.

Dr. Medha Garg is a dentist who runs her clinic in Jaipur.

Medha was born in the Alwar district and did her schooling from Maharani Gayatri Devi Girls School, Jaipur. After her schooling, she joined Allen Institute, Kota, and started preparing for PMT.

In 2004, she appeared for RPMT and got into BDS. She did her BDS from Government Dental College, Bani Park, Jaipur. Then for a year, she worked under an established dentist to know the basics of the field, and after that opened her dental clinic in 2012.

Medha shares that while living in Kota, she had to face issues like homesickness and adjusting to students from different cultures and backgrounds. Also, she got briefly depressed for not getting a good rank in her RPMT. However, now she feels that it is all part of life and a good learning experience.

Talking about COVID-19, Medha says that initially she completely closed down her clinic. However, as the situation prolonged, she reopened it with all the necessary precautions. She used to wear a PPE kit and used to change it after treating every patient.

Talking about her role models, Medha says that her mother always supported her and always encouraged her to have a good career. Also, Medha reads motivational stuff and gets inspiration from there.

Medha says that her success mantra in life is to do hard work and keep patience.
