Born and raised in Udaipur, Mayura exudes positivity. She is an MBA by education. After her MBA she started her corporate journey with a small company based in Udaipur. She worked there for a short period and later joined Arcgate, Udaipur. She is currently working as an HR executive at Arcgate Udaipur.

She recalls that she has seen the company grow from strength to strength. When she joined, Arcgate had only 500 employees and now the company has more than 2000 employees. It's been quite a journey for her for more than 4 years with the company and she is happily growing with the company ever after.

Talking about tumultuous times in her life she says she has had none; because her father has always got her back. She considers her parents her biggest support system. She says experiences and education go hand in hand. Education acts as a launchpad but you grow with your experiences.

For anyone who wants to make a career in HR management, she suggests good communication skills are a must. Besides, that one ought to know how to multitask and shoulder responsibility.

If given a chance to go back in time and undo something she would want to be an air hostess.

During her leisure time, she likes to read books and articles and sketch. She also likes to go on outings with her parents and friends.
