Masuma Khan has been serving as a dedicated teacher at Saraswati Vidhyapeeth Senior Secondary School, Jaipur, for the past five years. She teaches Urdu literature to students from Classes 8 to 12. Her life at the school has been one of continuous learning and personal growth. Over the years, she has gained confidence, developed new skills, and actively participated in various school activities that have contributed significantly to her professional development.

Teaching is not just a profession for Masuma—it is her passion. She aspires to become an Urdu Lecturer and is currently preparing herself to achieve this goal. Beyond academics, Masuma is deeply involved in creative activities at school. She conducts Art & Craft classes, drawing from her own talents as a crochet artist and Arabic calligraphy artist. She also enjoys shooting student videos, finding joy and enthusiasm in capturing moments that make learning more engaging and memorable.

Masuma truly enjoys coming to school every day and finds teaching a fulfilling experience. Even today, she continues to learn from the supportive environment created by the school. Reflecting on her educational background, Masuma completed her schooling in Jaipur and went on to complete both her Undergraduate and Postgraduate studies from Rajasthan University. Currently, she is also preparing for NET/NEET, further strengthening her academic aspirations.

When speaking about her inspiration, Masuma fondly mentions her Urdu lecturer from Classes 11 and 12 at a government school as her role model. She deeply admires her teacher’s patience, dedication, and ability to nurture students. Inspired by her mentor, Masuma began her own teaching career and now educates students up to the 12th standard. Her dream is to teach Urdu at the college level and continue spreading knowledge of the subject she loves.

Masuma believes in loving life wholeheartedly. Her life philosophy is simple yet powerful—live in the present and enjoy every moment. She believes that self-love gives a person the strength to achieve anything in life. As she says, “Love your life and keep moving forward, because when you love yourself, nothing is impossible.”

Addressing parents, Masuma emphasizes the importance of trust and understanding between teachers and families. She highlights that Principal Snehlata Ma’am is extremely supportive of students and teachers alike and that the school provides quality education through well-qualified faculty. She encourages parents to understand that discipline is always intended for a child’s well-being and that teachers always work in the best interest of students. Mutual respect and cooperation, she believes, help create a positive learning environment.

In addition to her teaching role, School Teacher Masuma has been associated with Sneh Foundation for the past five years. Through this initiative, Snehlata Ma’am actively supports underprivileged individuals. Masuma proudly shares that whenever students or staff need help, they always receive guidance and support through the foundation.
