Manvi Jain, a Social Worker Channelising Her Energy In the Right Direction to Derive Inner Satisfaction

A research scholar, Manvi thinks that consistency in your efforts is the key to achieving your goals and leading a successful life.

Manvi Jain has been working as a social worker for about three years now. Besides, she is also a neuroscience researcher. Furthermore, she has written a book, thirty poems, and a few stories.

Manvi hails from Agra. She received a convent school education.

Manvi says she owes it all to her school life and the teachers at her school who made her a hard worker in life. Besides, she says that during her childhood, being a girl she had to face some issues but she was always determined to prove people wrong that a woman is not as competent as a man.

Manvi shares that when she was pursuing her bachelors from Agra, her family shifted to Kanpur. However, she chose to stay in Agra itself. Besides, she says that during her bachelors, she also worked for a publisher on a freelance basis to utilize her energy in the right direction.

Manvi thinks that the youth have tremendous energy but the need is to utilize their energy in the right direction.

Talking about her struggles, Manvi says that struggles in life can be overcome with hard work. She faced some struggles in her research work but she continued working hard and eventually overcame them.

Regarding her achievements, Manvi says that being able to present her research paper at a national conference and then winning in the category of Consciousness and the Biological Decision is her biggest accomplishment.

Sharing her COVID experience, Manvi says that she mostly remained indoors during the pandemic, and in her free time, she started researching the science behind dreams, her favorite topic. Besides, she also used to meditate online with her family. She also created a hypothetical model of the science behind dreams and later presented papers on it at several places including the Indian Academy of Neurosciences.

When asked about her role models, Manvi says that late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam is her inspiration.

Manvi acknowledges the support that she received from her partner in pursuing her endeavors.

Manvi advises people that it’s the journey that should be enjoyed not the destination. Besides, she advises them never to let their dreams go in vain. Furthermore, she advises them to spread their knowledge to others.

In her spare time, Manvi likes to cook food, do sketching, do meditation, etc.

Manvi thinks that it’s important to surround yourself with good people and have healthy relationships with them to be able to do well both in your personal and professional lives.
