With the goal of educating children and fostering their development, Manoj opened his own school in 2001. In addition, he does social work and also encourages people to make contributions to the country.

Manoj Saini is the Principal of Saini Adarsh Vidhya Mandir School, Kumher, Bharatpur.

Manoj was born in Kumher, Bharatpur, Rajasthan. He completed his BPE (Bachelor of Physical Education) in 1996. After completing his BPE in 1997, he worked in a village six kilometers away from his native place. Later in 2001, he established his own school by the name of Saini Adarsh Vidhya Mandir, and since then, his school has been growing and educating young minds.

Manoj is also the secretary of Saini Samaj. He has worked for his community and the women and kids therein. He has provided computer education to the children of his community. For his noble work, he has been awarded on multiple occasions.

Talking about struggles in his life, Manoj says that till 2010, he kept trying for a government job but could not get any. After that, he was determined to provide kids with a good education and make their careers, and this has been his real struggle.

During this ongoing pandemic, Manoj distributed masks. He also spread awareness regarding COVID among people through social media and other channels.

Manoj’s success mantra is to keep trying until you succeed. He believes that with hard work and dedication, success can be achieved.

Manoj considers his school staff to be his family. He continually trains them as per the changes and needs of the education system.

During his free time, Manoj likes to visit places, do gardening, and train kids physically by teaching them yoga and other sports.

To anyone who wants to open their own school, Manoj advises that your objective should be to ensure the growth of the children, not mint money.
