Manmohan was born in Sawai Madhopur district and completed his schooling there itself. Following that, he completed his B.Com. at the Government College. He completed his graduation in 1984, and started working  as an accountant in 1986. Later he joined this group and has been working there till now.

Currently based in  Udaipur, Manmohan looks after the hotel and mining business of the group. He has been working in this industry for the last 30 years. In terms of family, he has two kids, and his son is also a businessman.

Remembering his childhood memories, Manmohan says that he grew up in a rural life where he enjoyed bathing and swimming in ponds with his friends. He also played games like Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Kushti, chess, hockey, and many more. He says he enjoyed his childhood thoroughly.

Afterwards, since 1988, he has been working in Udaipur in the hotel and mining industries. He is also connected with social activities and works as a district president in the Sri Sathya Sai Seva organisation. This organisation organises various medical and veterinary camps for people in rural areas. In the villages of Naya Khera, Nora  and Undri, they provide the villagers with items of basic necessities and make them aware of hygiene. He also works for the needy and the poor, as well as takes care of the animals by providing food for them.

Manmohan says he  got the inspiration to work for the welfare of people from Sri Satya Sai Baba in 1982. His main motto is "Help ever, hurt never, and love all; serve all." He believes that service can be delivered in any form and must be delivered immediately.

Manmohan shares that in the private sector, it is important to work hard in order to get promotions and enhance an individual's performance. Individuals can only achieve growth and success if they are willing to serve the organisation and demonstrate their abilities. In this new era of globalisation and digitalization, there are various job opportunities for the young generation in businesses.

Manmohan advises aspirants to the field to do their work with sincerity and honesty, and to be willing to accept and try to correct their mistakes. It is necessary to prove yourself to achieve desired goals and objectives in life. Education is essential, as are moral values, which are also crucial, because the goal of education is character development.

Manmohana recalls losing his sister in the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic when she came to Udaipur to attend her daughter's wedding. According to him, the good thing is that after the pandemic people’s belief in God has increased. Everyone has learned the concept of joint family, love, and harmony after the pandemic situation.

Manmohan believes that education is of great importance, but in the recent scenario, value-based education should be given to the new generation. He also advises taking active part in prayers or bhajans.
