Being a teacher has taught Manju to be calm and patient in life. She feels that our education system should focus on cultural value addition too.

Manju Sharma is working as a teacher at The Stanvard Senior Secondary School and has an experience of nineteen years in teaching.

Manju was born and brought up in Bhilwara. She did her schooling at Mahila Ashram School. After her 12th, she got married and shifted to Udaipur. Manju says that she completed her B.A. and B.Ed. after marriage.

Talking about her struggles, Manju says that taking care of her family and completing her studies simultaneously was a tough time in her life.

Sharing about her role models, Manju says that her parents are her role models as the principles of patience and tackling struggles in life were taught to her by her parents.

Manju says that today everything is based on the English language and she feels that as she took education in Hindi medium, opportunities are limited for her now.

When asked about the importance of education vs. experience, Manju says that experience is more important in life as it helps in learning the reality of life.

Advising the youth, Manju says that they should limit their time on mobile phones and give more time to their social life and family. Also, she feels that the education system today does not impart proper values in them and should be more value-oriented.

In the end, Manju extends her thanks and gratitude to her parents for always being there for her. She also extends her thanks to the principal of her school, Kunj Bihari Sharma, for teaching her many important things in life.
