An educator, Manju worked hard to achieve success in life. She believes that if there is no direction in life, it is difficult to move forward.

Manju Sharma is the Principal of Royal Academy Secondary School in Udaipur.

Manju was born in Bharatpur and completed her schooling at different places due to the transferable job of her father. She did her MA, B.Ed., and M.Ed. in Udaipur.

Manju shares that she has been working at this institution for the last five years and providing her services in the field of teaching for the last fifteen years. She says she faced many struggles in her journey as, due to her early marriage, she had to complete her studies after marriage. It was very difficult for her to manage both her studies and her family.

Manju’s role models are her father and husband. Her father taught her to fight through struggles. After her marriage, her husband supported and motivated her a lot to do further studies.

Manju advises everyone to keep doing their work and keep moving forward. One should choose their field according to their interest and work hard to achieve the desired goals in life.

Comparing education and experience, Manju says that education is a necessity, but on the other hand, one can learn through experience.

मंजू का जन्म भरतपुर में हुआ था और अपने पिता की स्थानांतरणीय नौकरी के कारण उन्होंने अपनी स्कूली शिक्षा विभिन्न स्थानों पर पूरी की। उन्होंने उदयपुर में एमए, बी.एड. और एम.एड. किया।

मंजू ने बताया कि वह पिछले पांच वर्षों से इस संस्थान में काम कर रही हैं और पिछले पंद्रह वर्षों से शिक्षण के क्षेत्र में अपनी सेवाएं प्रदान कर रही हैं। वह कहती हैं कि उन्हें अपने सफर में कई संघर्षों का सामना करना पड़ा, क्योंकि कम उम्र में शादी हो जाने के कारण उन्हें अपनी पढ़ाई शादी के बाद पूरी करनी पड़ी। उनके लिए अपनी पढ़ाई और परिवार दोनों को संभालना बहुत मुश्किल था।
