Manju has been putting her administrative skills to good use in the field of education by being a School Principal.

Manju Sharma is the Principal of Royal Academy Sec. School, Udaipur.

Born in Bharatpur, Manju spent her childhood in various cities of Rajasthan as her father was in a transferable job. After completing her graduation, she pursued higher education through private mode and went on to do B.Ed followed by M.Ed at the Vidya Bhawan College. She has also done M.Sc. Manju says, growing up, she had always dreamt of becoming a teacher.

Manju has been in the education field for the past fourteen years. She says that as a Principal, she particularly focuses on the students from weak financial backgrounds and ensures education to them with the instrumental assistance of the Directors of the institution. Along with studies, she says, the students of her school are also encouraged to participate in various extracurricular activities for their holistic development.

Talking about role models, Manju says that her father and her husband are her role models. She says that despite her mother’s chronic illness, her father remained strong and taught her to do the same. She further says that she wanted to study further but was not able to, so her husband and in-laws supported her and encouraged her to study further.
