Manish Wadhwani lives in Udaipur. He has been in the restaurant business for the past four years.
Manish had started his business with just a small cabin in the Pratapnagar area of Udaipur. Initially his restaurant offered only some varieties of fast food. But now they are serving several types of fast foods and even full course meals. Currently he owns two restaurants in Udaipur, one of them is in Malla Talai area and the other one is near the American hospital.
Manish says that they use their own spices and sauces in their recipes, which gives their recipe good quality and a unique taste.
