A physiotherapist, Manish supports many students to learn better and successfully start their clinics.

Manish Rao is a physiotherapist who runs his own clinic in Kanpur.

Born and brought up in Kanpur in a middle-class family, Manish wanted to do M.B.B.S. but could not do it. He is MPT in Ortho and a Certified Manual Therapist.

Talking about his struggles, Manish says that he started with a very low salary in Indore. He worked in many hospitals and gained experience in treating patients.

Manish says he is inspired by Dr. J.L. Sahni, Dr. Uma Shankar, and his mother who always supported him during his tough times.

During Covid, he spent most of his time with his family. He joined the quarantine center in Kanpur where he taught yoga, and conducted counseling sessions. He did not take any fees from his patients during Covid. But he lost his mother, who passed away due to the pandemic.

If he gets a Time Machine, Manish would like to go back to his childhood days to play with his mother whom he misses a lot. And he wants to live his college life once again.

For the upcoming physiotherapy students, Manish advises them to be positive, learn nicely,  join regular classes and do proper practice.

For youngsters, Manish gives a message to work hard, and focus on your studies then definitely you will have a bright future.
