Manish Singh Rajpurohit has dedicated his life to save people from being destroyed by drug abuse.

Manish Singh Rajpurohit is the Director of the Nasha Mukti Kendra, Udaipur.

Manish was born and brought up in Nimbahera village in the Pali district of Rajasthan. He has studied till twelfth standard.

Before opening a Nasha Mukti Kendra, Manish struggled for six years. Initially he worked at his father’s restaurant in Bangalore but didn’t get any substantial support from him. So he worked at other Nasha Mukti Kendras for two years followed by two years in other fields to accumulate some savings. Then he finally moved to Udaipur to start his own Nasha Mukti Kendra.

When asked about his role models, Manish says he considers motivational speaker and martial arts trainer Shaurya Bhardwaj as his role model.

Talking about his pandemic experience, Manish says, during the COVID period, he faced a dilemma regarding the people at his rehabilitation centre. He says that it was a difficult decision for him whether to keep them there itself or send them home, as most of them weren’t vaccinated.

During the little free time Manish gets, he utilises it to work out and study.

Advising the youth, Manish says that entering this career field can be a great decision for you as you get to help many people improve their lives.
