An experienced entrepreneur, Manish, has taken over his father's business and has been successfully running it for the past 20 years. He specializes in providing painting services to both commercial and residential projects within the city. With his expertise, he has built a reputation for delivering high-quality work to his clients.

Manish Gadiya is the owner of Navrang Paints in Udaipur and has been getting bungalows and architectural structures painted since 1999. He is running his father’s business and has taken it to new heights through determination and modernization.

Manish took over his father’s business in 2004 after his graduation from B.N. College, Udaipur. He lives in a joint family that comprises 25 members. He was always very keen to work at his father’s shop and used to do it part-time right from his graduation days.

Manish says sacrifices are always there no matter what work you do, and he too has to give up family time in order to look at his shop. "If you do any work with patience, it automatically becomes successful", says Manish.

Manish takes a lot of inspiration from Arcgate’s chairman, Mr. Dilip Bagla, who once told him to stop running away from challenges and always face them in life. He says every time he has a challenge in life, he is always uplifted by the words of Mr. Bagla. Manish also draws inspiration from his father, who has taught him to always be cool in every situation and work without any stress.

Manish says it was very new for him when he joined the business because a lot of foreign companies came to India and brought good-quality products to the market. But he was always steadfast in inculcating all the changes and adapting to them.

Reminiscing about his childhood, Manish says it was a lot of fun for him to go to Doodh Talai for swimming every morning. Also, because the school was near his house, he says he could always have a freshly prepared lunch. He also had a lot of fun during his college years.

If Manish could go back in time via a time machine, he would want to become a software developer, as he once developed a tool to print bills for his dad’s shop.

His success mantra is: Face every problem; don't run away from them.
