With expertise in engineering, Manish is not only introducing students to the world of machines but also encouraging them to contribute to societal issues through education.

Manish Kumar Bharawa completed his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering at Techno India NJR Institute of Technology, Udaipur. He has been associated as an Assistant Professor with a couple of engineering colleges and is presently working at SS College of Engineering.  Manish, who has been in the education sector for three years now, chose academics since he wanted to do something different than a nine to five job.

Manish, who is the only graduate in his family, shares that education helped him change his perspective towards life. He is always motivated by the idea to bring changes in society through education. His hobby lies in researching geopolitics, economics and society’s problems to carve out appropriate solutions which he then puts across in the form of blogs. To date, Manish has written more than a hundred articles and urges his students to look at engineering not just from the viewpoint of machines, but also explore other angles like those of society and politics in engineering.

Manish feels that the economy is not much discussed in households and urges the students and society to discuss all relevant topics like budgets and money management to contribute and witness the real changes in society. He says that maybe we get our desired income but to get the desired output, we need to find solutions for problems within the system.

Manish shares his childhood memory when he had no money to fund his education and strived hard to get an educational loan. Had he failed to arrange money, he would have still found his way to pursue engineering whatsoever, shares Manish. To wind up, he says that education is not derived just from reading books but learning about the society we live in.
