With fifteen years of dedicated service at Alok School, Mamta is a trustworthy teacher. She accidentally ventured into teaching, but her passion for instilling morals and ethics in students grew over time.

Mamta Mathur has been a dedicated teacher at Alok School for the past 15 years.

Mamta was born and brought up in Beawar and then married in Udaipur. Her life was full of obstacles, but she still considers that she had not faced any major struggles for which she is highly grateful to God.

Mamta was not interested in doing a job. But her fate took her to teaching. She had applied for a teaching job just to pass time, and then by chance she was selected as a teacher, and from then until now it’s been 15 years at Alok. She is considered one of the most trustworthy teachers at that school.

Mamta, in these 15 years, has understood the importance of a primary teacher. She teaches 3rd grade students and is highly attached to the kids. Mamta laments that children were more moral and ethical in the past, but today, things have degraded because parents don't understand the teacher's point of view and pamper their children too much.

Mamta loves her mother dearly and considers her principles as her role models. She is highly inspired by the fact that her mother has experienced almost everything, as her brother was severely handicapped. Still, her mother had not given up hope and continued to do her work with the utmost dedication while also looking after her family. This inspires her to handle any problems.

Mamta has three daughters, and because she lives in a joint family, she has never felt that burden on her shoulders. She loves to live and lets others live. Her husband is unemployed and takes care of the family in a decent manner, and all these problems never bother her as she considers them part and parcel of life. She loves to cook and does this as her favorite pastime, along with online teaching for her students.

She says that experience is more important than education. Because every day comes new problems, and with experience, we know how to tackle the situation.

If given the chance to go back in time, Mamta would want to relive her childhood days.

In her free time, Mamta likes to listen to new songs.
