Hailing from a rural background, and even after having to sustain initial setbacks in his business, Makbul established a successful real estate company while also selflessly contributing to society.

Makbul Madhuliwala is the Founder of Khushi Land Properties.

Makbul Madhuliwala was born and raised in a village near Anand, Gujarat. He did his schooling from his village itself before pursuing his BBA in Marketing.

After completing his graduation, Makbul went to Chandigarh and worked in various companies. Then he started a restaurant named Madhuli in 1998. After some initial success, his restaurant business suffered a loss in 2002. So, he entered the real estate field on the advice of an acquaintance and grew the business through his hard work and by making fruitful connections.

Talking about his success mantra, Makbul says that he follows two important principles in his life which are : honesty and punctuality. He says that these qualities build trust between you and your clients ensuring success. He further says that basic education is also vital for sustaining a fruitful business.

Apart from his work, Makbul likes to do charity work through NGO channels and also on his own. He also likes listening to songs in his free time.

ग्रेजुएशन पूरा करने के बाद मकबूल चंडीगढ़ चले गए और कई कंपनियों में काम किया। फिर उन्होंने 1998 में मधुली नाम से एक रेस्तरां शुरू किया। कुछ शुरुआती सफलता के बाद, 2002 में उनके रेस्तरां व्यवसाय को नुकसान हुआ। इसलिए, उन्होंने एक परिचित की सलाह पर रियल एस्टेट क्षेत्र में प्रवेश किया और अपनी मेहनत से और फलदायी सम्बन्ध बनाकर व्यवसाय को बढ़ाया।
