Being an IT Engineer, Mahima identified her niche for digital marketing and decided to pursue it.

Born and brought up in Udaipur, Mahima Sharma started her career as a Business Development Executive at Wooden Street. Currently, she is working as an SEO executive at Rajasthan Blog for the past six months.

Mahima, who completed her schooling at Central Academy, shares her dearest childhood memory of qualifying for the state-level weightlifting championship which she carries like a feather in her cap.

Mahima, who is an IT Engineer by profession, could not get placed during her college days and struggled to make a decision at the career front. Amidst the dilemma, she later identified her niche for digital marketing and decided to pursue it. She believes that having a learning mindset makes one a go-getter in this field and advises all freshers to follow the same.

Mahima is quite optimistic in her approach towards life and believes that being confident and having a clear plan in life can help one achieve any goal. She considers her father as her role model who initially started as a driver and today is a successful businessman in the tourism sector. Mahima wishes to walk in the footprints of her father and start a business of her own someday and become as accomplished as him.

If Mahima were to fly in a time machine, she would complete her graduation from outside Udaipur to have more exposure and learning outcomes. However, she believes that whatever happens, happens for the good in life.

Between education and work experience, Mahima feels that both education and experience go hand-in-hand since, without education, one cannot be expected to get a job or perform well on the professional front.

On being asked about her viewpoint on leadership, Mahima is of the belief that people could be born leaders, however, if one is willing to be a leader, one must have confidence in oneself. According to her, leadership doesn’t account for dominance since a dominant person cannot be a leader. “One can become a leader with experience, but a true leader is one who possesses the quality of getting people along in whatever he does”, asserts Mahima.
