As an Advocate, Mahaveer’s sole purpose lies in ensuring justice to his clients with his expertise in Law and helping them in the best possible manner.

Mahaveer Prasad Sharma is an Advocate at Udaipur District Sessions Court and has been in this profession for nine years now. He joined Law with the aim of getting people justice through the judiciary. Mahaveer says that an Advocate plays the role of an Officer of the Court.

He completed his schooling till 10th standard from Saraswati School and thereafter for his senior secondary, he shifted to Guru Govind School. Mahaveer then did his Bachelor in Arts and then took admission to LLB. He also took up this profession inspired by his elder brothers who are advocates themselves.

Mahaveer shares that the profession of Advocacy exposes you to the opposition party who might show hostile behaviour towards you and might try to harm you outside the courts. He says that the period from 2012 to 2019 was the best one he had practising in courts. But owing to COVID, he faced financial and family issues, and his father also contracted the virus.

Mahaveer considers Akshay Kumar as his role model and admires him for his patriotism and his movie Jolly LLB where he played the role of an Advocate. Mahaveer aims to be a good lawyer and help as many people as possible to get justice.

For aspiring lawyers and advocates, Mahaveer suggests they should not consider Law just as a profession but Service and work meticulously considering its nitty-gritty. For him, Experience matters more in this profession and he adds that one is a junior in their entire learning princess at the courts. To wind up, he advises everyone to help people whenever possible especially during COVID times.
