Having a knack for computers, Madhu has carved herself as an excellent professional and has become the director at a most reputed education center in Udaipur. She has over twenty years of experience in providing professional and industrial training in different areas.

Madhu Audichya is the Director of ICA Edu Skills, Udaipur. She has been giving professional training to students in the areas of accounts, taxation, ERP, tally, GST, excel, and others for the last fifteen years.

Madhu belongs to Udaipur. She did her schooling from Government Secondary School Railway Training, Udaipur. Then she did her B.Com and M.Com from MLSU. After that, she did PGDCA and various other O-Level degree-diploma courses from the Computer Training Institute.

Talking about her role models, Madhu says she considers her parents as her role models for giving her a good upbringing and following in their footsteps, she could reach this position today.

Madhu shares that she started her career at a very young age. Due to her knowledge of computers, she used to support her husband in business by working for him after her marriage alongside her studies. But after qualifying extraordinarily, she decided to step out of the house and took her first job as a Computer Operator and never looked back.

Climbing the ladder of success, Madhu also established herself in the accounting field and remained in it for a long time. In no time, she also entered the education industry, intending to share her knowledge with the next generation. Following this path, she got associated with ICA as a faculty and trainer in 2007 and has emerged as its director today. In the meantime, she also served at Nalanda Skill Wings in Udaipur.

Sharing her COVID experience, Madhu says it was the first time that she had ample amount of time to spend with her family as the entire country was in total lockdown. She lived that time very well and cooked different dishes. On the professional front, her classes shifted to the online platform and her work was not affected much for being in the field of technology.

In her spare time, Madhu likes reading books and listening to songs. She starts her day with yoga, exercise, and meditation to keep herself mentally and physically fit.

Advising the youth, Madhu says that it doesn’t matter what field you are from. The thing that matters is, how dedicated you are and to what extent you can go to achieve your goals. She tells them that they should acquire as much practical knowledge in their field as possible to make their mark in that field.
