After completing his studies, Luv learned the nitty-gritty of running a business under the guidance of his brother and then confidently launched his venture that deals in handicrafts.

Luv Singh Rawat runs a shop in Pushkar under the name "Love Handicrafts." He has been running his business for the last five years.

Talking about his early days, Luv says that he was born in Pushkar. He completed his Diploma in Electronics, followed by training in Embedded Systems in Jaipur. After completing his studies in 2017, Luv worked at his brother’s startup for four years, after which he launched his own business.

When asked about his role models, Luv says he draws inspiration from his elder brother, under whom he learned the nitty-gritty of running a business.

Sharing his pandemic experience, Luv says he had to spend his time in the comfort of his home while his business incurred losses owing to the prevailing situation. He adds that COVID greatly impacted the market scenario.

Drawing a comparison between education and experience, Luv says that without education, you cannot gain experience, so he feels education should be given priority over experience.

In his message to the youth who wish to start their own business, Luv advises that they first gain experience by working under someone and gaining the required knowledge. He adds that they should have a sound understanding of the market and also know how to deal with customers.
