He thinks that in the field of education, early on guidance plays a very crucial role in molding the career of a student. Students at an early age are immature and incapable of making correct decisions and therefore can succeed in life if given some good guidance. His work gives him happiness as he can help people reach their goals.
Lokesh says his biggest inspiration is Sanjeev Maheshwari, a motivational speaker from Delhi and says he learns a lot from him. He has seen all of his videos and he has always been motivated to never give up in life. He says the point is to never stop and keep working no matter what life might put you through. Patience is very important.
In his childhood, Lokesh was very notorious and always used to bunk the mathematics classes and often got scolded for it but he now cherishes all those memories and advises other students not to do it.
He says if he gets a chance to go back in time, he would love to do something to serve his country.
Lokesh loves to ride his bike and says he always uses his bike, be it long routes or his daily commute.
