Paliwal elaborates that EN Computers specializes in Web and Software Development and has also worked in the field of Staff Augmentation, serving clients all over the world. The organization was started in 1996, and as technology evolved, they also grew with it. Through experience, they learned many things and continue to learn and adopt new technological advancements. The company is constantly experimenting and improving its services to provide the best solutions to its clients.

Lokesh Paliwal says he feels fortunate for the recognition he has received in the IT field. One of his notable accomplishments was the "Roving Eye" project, where, in 2009, he successfully connected 10 police stations to the SP office through a dedicated network. At that time connectivity was limited, and this project was a significant feat.

He also ventured into social entrepreneurship with a project called Meri Janmbhoomi—a program aimed at bridging the gap between rural and urban communities through its website. This initiative gained recognition and was acknowledged by the United Nations, leading to his selection as a volunteer for projects focused on cultural heritage protection. He was also selected as a representative of West India at a UN event in South Korea, where he took on the responsibility of representing India with pride.

Alongside his IT achievements, Social Entrepreneur Lokesh finds inspiration in the films he has directed. After working on smaller projects as a director and making short films, he finally directed his first feature film ‘Shahi Funeral’ in 2021, which was a complete adaptation of his theatre skills and is set to be released soon on an OTT platform. Beyond feature films, he has also directed several documentaries and has covered cultural heritage topics such as the traditional dance Gavari. He has worked on Unsung Heroes of Rajasthan, documenting figures like Rana Punja, and has also created films on social causes, road safety, and public awareness.

Lokesh Paliwal believes that during his journey, he has met many people and made many valuable connections, which he considers a remarkable achievement of life. These relationships have shaped his path and provided opportunities that he treasures very much.

Filmmaker Lokesh believes there is always room for improvement, and this mindset of continuous growth drives him forward in his career. From the early age of his childhood years, Lokesh Paliwal had a habit of writing, reading and expressing his creativity. His keen interest in reading gave him a new perspective about the world, which he further developed through theatre. Around 2011-2012, he got connected to the film industry through a mutual friend, who introduced him to the world of filmmaking, thus sparking his interest in the field.

However, despite getting satisfaction in solving problems with websites, and in debugging issues in IT, his true passion lay in discovering new things. Therefore, he began to explore different fields to expand his horizon. His fascination with creativity and technology ultimately pushed him to step beyond conventional career paths, blending his talents in unexpected ways.

Talking about his childhood experiences and interests, Paliwal says he was always fascinated by the creative side of things. He started his creative journey at a very young age, actively participating in cultural events. During his college days, he got recognition for his talent and got a chance to sing, which became a great source of inspiration in his life. His passion for theater led him to learn from renowned local artists such as Laiq Hussain, Vilas Jahnve, Bhanu Baharti, Hemant Ji and Late Usman Ji along with many other talented individuals. Through their guidance, he developed a strong foundation in theater.

As technology evolved, the industry saw a shift towards voice enhancement, GIF videos, and modern storytelling techniques. Cinema, he believes, is going through a significant transformation – it is no longer just a medium for storytelling, but a platform to amplify voices. The industry has evolved into a fully structured model, and he continues to explore this transformation by writing more films. His cinematic journey continues, driven by passion and the ever-changing landscape of filmmaking.

IT Expert Lokesh Paliwal says that his IT business was started by his elder brother Eklingnath Paliwal, who has also been his mentor. Inspired by his brother, Lokesh joined the business, learnt the tricks of the business by assisting him and gradually established himself in this field.

Director Lokesh Paliwal still resides in Chandpole, a charming neighbourhood near Udaipur's old city, where the lanes resonate with stories passed down through generations. The city of Udaipur, rich in culture and history, holds great significance for him, especially the neighbourhood where he grew up. He remembers it was a small, close-knit community, deeply rooted in traditions.

People here weren't just neighbours - they were like family, bound by trust and respect. Everyone knew each other's lives, not out of curiosity, but because they genuinely cared. It was a place where support and connection flowed naturally, creating a bond that shaped his approach to life. Born and raised in this community, where hard work was highly valued, and every step forward was earned through perseverance.

Lokesh Paliwal's early education was completed from Mahaveer Vidya Mandir, where he learned the basics that were to shape his academic future. After that, he moved to Vidya Niketan, and then to Vidya Bhavan, where he found a sense of purpose and direction. It was here that he began to realize his potential, which he had never imagined. After completing his schooling at Vidya Bhavan, Udaipur, he went on to pursue higher education at Vidya Bhawan Rural Institute.

He took his first step into the world of anchoring during a school programme when he was given the opportunity to anchor for the first time, and he accepted it with full enthusiasm. His performance was so impressive that the School Director took notice. “Why are you studying biology?” the director asked him. “You have such a natural talent for this! You should pursue it further.” This conversation stayed with him.

Lokesh Paliwal graduated with a background in Biology but later explored the IT field by completing diplomas in various programming languages and learning about hardware. Over his 30-year journey, he has witnessed rapid technological advancements—from the era of floppy disks and limited data storage to today's smartphones with terabytes of storage. Despite earning a stable income from his IT job, he felt something was missing and realized it wasn’t bringing him true happiness.

He had always been passionate about Biology, but at that moment, he realized that maybe his true calling lay elsewhere. The school director’s words planted a seed of doubt and curiosity in his mind—perhaps he had more potential in the world of communication than he had given himself credit for.

Based on his experiences, Lokesh says opportunities for children growing up in small towns were limited compared to those in bigger cities then. For many, there was no clear direction or purpose. However, times have changed - children today have aspirations, clear goals and the ability to fulfil their dreams.

Talking about role models and the emotions they evoke, Lokesh Paliwal says he deeply admires two - three individuals. The first is David Qubek, whom he considers his mentor. Lokesh connected with him nearly 20 years ago, and David has been a great support ever since. Even today, he continues to support Lokesh in various aspects of life. Despite being over 70, David regularly advises him and is someone Lokesh turns to whenever he faces difficult situations. He is the person who motivated Lokesh on a grand scale and provided guidance at crucial junctures.

The second role model is the present Lok Sabha MP from Udaipur Manna Lal Rawat, whom Lokesh regards as an elder brother. He has been in contact with him for almost 18 to 20 years. They had worked on various projects together even before Rawat became an MP. MP Rawat is a well-read individual with an immense wealth of knowledge, and he has always encouraged Lokesh to share his insights with others. Lokesh has sought his advice many times over the years, finding great inspiration and guidance.

Lokesh's elder brother has also played a vital role in shaping his life. He has learned countless valuable lessons from him on various aspects of life. Each of these people has had a profound impact on Lokesh, inspiring him and providing invaluable support throughout his journey. Their praise and encouragement continue to motivate him even today. He also looks up to his father as a role model. His father, who retired from the Excise Department, was always the epitome of discipline and authority in his home. Although his father's job was modest, his values ​​and principles had a lasting impact on him.

Along with his mentors, Lokesh Paliwal draws great motivation from the stories of Maharana Pratap, especially his bravery in defending Mewar with minimal resources and no advanced weapons. The courage and determination of Maharana Pratap have deeply inspired him. Additionally, Lokesh is inspired by Mahatma Gandhi, particularly after reading his book ‘My Experiments With Truth’. Gandhi’s principles of truth and non-violence left a lasting impression on him. Since then, Lokesh has made a conscious effort to speak the truth as much as possible, truly believing in the power of honest words.

When it comes to his hobbies, Lokesh is an avid reader. He enjoys reading books and reflecting on the knowledge within them.

One quote he often considers is, “Don’t run after whatever comes to you.” He believes that one should not act impulsively but must make decisions carefully. According to him, everyone faces their own set of challenges, and it’s essential to approach these problems with solutions that are tailored to your own strengths and abilities. The entire world, in his view, is like an examination, constantly testing your caliber. He encourages others to always listen to their heart, as it’s the best guide to navigating life’s challenges.

The famous verse from the Bhagavad Gita,

"कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन"..

….. meaning "You have the right to do your duty, but never to the fruits of your actions," is a principle that Lokesh Paliwal deeply believes in and follows. He often speaks about this philosophy, emphasizing that if you are confident in your path, keep moving forward.
