When asked about mistakes, Lokesh says he believes that if you are not making mistakes, that means you are on the wrong path. So, he thinks that mistakes are a part of life. He made the mistake of not doing work with proper planning and thinking about future situations. He learned the importance of planning, analysis, and future prediction by considering current circumstances. In personal terms, he says that his first mistake was to quit the job at the BCCI, and that time he made the decision without thinking. He also learned that it is critical to first grasp the problem before providing a solution for it.

Lokesh’s life mantra is that there is no shortcut to success; the only way is to do hard work.
Advising the young generation, Lokesh says that along with communication and technology, a degree course is equally important in any field. The global value of CA courses is increasing day by day, so it is required to update yourself according to changing technology. Apart from this, the most important thing in the field of CA is to do hard work with full dedication.
