Lokesh chose to follow his passion instead of taking a job, and he has become a successful entrepreneur with a passionate team. He is very happy with his decision and loves what he does.

Lokesh is the Managing Director at Mewar Builders Pvt. Ltd.

Recalling his childhood, Lokesh says his father was an SP in the Jail Department, so he used to visit jails a lot. However, he was not much interested in the job because he always wanted to do something of his own. He pursued a BCom from Rajasthan University and an MBA from Amity University. He says he always had an interest in construction. He launched his own company, started with small projects, and also utilized resources from foreign countries.

Lokesh says the company was started with very small construction projects like kitchen innovation and other small tasks. Over the years, they built a team of skilled civil engineers. The core vision of the company is to construct on an international level by providing quality construction. Each and every member of the company is passionate and dedicated to the work.

Sharing his mistakes, Lokesh says he tried to settle in another business of sanitary products, as he imported products from China, but the quality was not good enough and the Indian government imposed anti-dumping duties, which caused a loss to him. He realized that a person should not enter any business without proper knowledge.

When asked about his role models, Lokesh says one of his is Neeraj, who taught him how to sell a product and deal with clients.

Talking about his accomplishments, Lokesh says he worked hard to increase the annual turnover of his company by 10 times. He also feels blessed to have employed 150 people in his company.

In his free time, Lokesh likes to read books and travel.

Advising the youth, Lokesh says you should be down to earth  and never work against your ethics and morals. Furthermore, he says that most of the people in India don't like to say no. You should say no to the work you cannot do.

Lokesh’s life mantra is "Always provide quality in your work."

Lokesh says that construction is a very unorganized industry because estimation is the major key in the field of construction and most of the time it goes wrong. You should learn the industry first and do a job in the field to develop your skills and ground knowledge.
