Lokesh is an entrepreneur and thinks that a good leader is one who respects everyone around them. He feels that Covid taught us many things and changed our lives completely.

Lokesh Choudhary is from Udaipur. He runs educational institutions like Mount View Senior Secondary School and Sri Ram Teachers Training College. He is also planning to dive into the confectionery business and start a Bakery.

Lokesh did his schooling till the eighth standard in their family school. He then went to Saraswati school till his Secondary and after that attended Guru Nanak School. He took admission in M. B. Commerce College but got distracted by its student politics culture and performed badly in examinations. Thus, he left it and shifted to Pune and did his B. Com from Wadia College and then MBA in Finance and Marketing from Indira College. After working for around two years in different companies and gaining some field knowledge, Lokesh returned and joined his father in their family business.

Lokesh shares that his father, Satya Narayan Choudhary, is a famous name in the field of Real Estate and holds a reputation in society. His father always supported Lokesh in whatever he decided to do in his life. After working for two years with his father, Lokesh decided to create an identity of his own and with the support of his father, entered the field of Education. Lokesh says that from emotional to financial, his father has always supported him in every way and never asked any questions. The only advice his father gave Lokesh was to be fair in life and never do wrong to anybody. Lokesh says that his wife has also been a great support and his closest friend throughout the journey.

Talking about the Covid pandemic, Lokesh says that everything changed, and we learned many things about life. He feels that now we know that money cannot buy everything and that nothing is permanent in life. He says that during the lockdown, he reconnected with his old friends and family members. He also got to spend quality time with his family and kids and also realized that a woman has to do so much work at home which he never knew before.

Lokesh feels that a leader should have good observation skills and should learn from other successful people around him. He should not look down upon his employees and always treat them with respect. Lokesh says that living in Pune and managing everything on his own helped him in improving his confidence.
