Lokesh Jain hails from Baran, Rajasthan. He always wanted to do something different in his life. After working for some years in the private sector he moved back to his hometown and started his medical store.

Lokesh Jain was born, brought up and schooled in Baran district of Rajasthan. He completed his graduation in 1991 in Baran itself. Lokesh says that most of his early life he spent with his grandparents. His grandfather owned a medical store.

Lokesh always wanted to do something big in his life. After completing his graduation he was looking as to what could be done next. And he set up his own medical store. He worked at his medical store for some time. But later realized that he needed to hone his skill-set. So he handed over his medical store to his younger brother and ventured out of his home town and worked for a private company. Whilst working he would also provide back-end support to his younger brother to run his medical store.

After working for 6-7 years in the private sector Lokesh thought of coming back to his hometown and living with his family. When he came back to Baran, he set up a medical store by the name of Lokesh Medical Store and would deal in retail selling of medicines. But he wanted to multiply his progress and grow further and faster. He applied his knowledge gained over the years to innovate and scale his business. He also started dealing in wholesale selling of medicines.

Lokesh always gives his 100% percent to whatever he does. He does not care about what others think of him. He considers himself his own competition.

To youngsters his piece of advice is, one has to be patient. There is no short-cut to success. One has to have zeal and determination to work. This way one can succeed in one’s endeavours.

Lokesh says that experience is as important as education is. With correct attitude and hard work one can achieve whatever one wants to achieve.

Lokesh says that this Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted our lives. He didn’t see these tough times as a business opportunity, and instead tried to help people in the best way he could.
