Taking inspiration from his father, Lalit decided to become a teacher and impart quality education to the students of his village.

Lalit Paliwal is a Teacher at Vidhya Bhawan Sr. Sec School, Ramgiri, Udaipur.

Lalit was born and brought up in Lakhawali village in the Udaipur district of Rajasthan. He did his schooling in his village itself and then moved to Udaipur to pursue his graduation at the Vidya Bhavan College. His family was not financially sound and thus he had to struggle with his academics while he was young.

As his father was also a teacher, he followed his footsteps and became a teacher himself. He joined the VIdya Bhawan institute in 1992 and has accumulated an experience of over 30 years. His motivation is to provide good quality education to the children in the villages as he also comes from a village background.

Lalit loves teaching his students and shares that he not only teaches them but also engages with them on a personal level to motivate them to take part in various extracurricular activities. He also collaborates with the administration to constantly improve the facilities provided at the school. He has motivated several of his students to take part in various sports and play in tournaments as he had also been an active sports person during his school days.

Talking about his role models, Lalit says that his parents have always inspired him and instilled good qualities in him. He goes on to say that his father gave him crucial financial advice that he still follows and faces little to no financial problem because of it. He also appreciates the important role of his wife who always stands by his side supporting him.

Giving a piece of advice to the upcoming generation, Lalit says that you should follow your goals with complete dedication and should remain undeterred in times of adversity.

Sharing his experience of the COVID pandemic, Lalit says that he moved to his village and stayed there during the lockdown and completed all his long pending tasks. He also did farming and remained active and healthy while staying there.
