Lalit Hundalani is a self-confessed Productivity Geek, Life and Career Coach and Best Selling Author, based out of Noida. He is now working towards a goal of changing the lives of one million people. He has over 20 years of extensive corporate experience.

Lalit is originally from Agra. He graduated from Lucknow University with an MBA in International Business. Additionally, he holds a Professional Leadership and Strategic Management qualification from IIM, Lucknow. He has over 200 people under his supervision working for prestigious private sector banks. He used to conduct training sessions over his career in the corporate world, and gradually realised that people remember him even after years and that his training had a significant influence on their lives. Lalit is greatly inspired by Gandhi’s qualities of tenacity, non-violence, and simplicity, which are some of the essential traits of a leader.

"You won't succeed in all your endeavours" is his motto for success. He thinks that his ability to stay focused is what has allowed him to succeed in all his efforts. In order to succeed, he counsels perseverance, carrying on with the things, and focusing in the appropriate way.

Talking about his mistakes, Lalit says that at the beginning of his career in international business, he got an opportunity to work abroad. But he felt a great deal of emptiness after moving there, which led him to resign from his position and return to India. He began his banking career anew after moving here. He believes that the allure of going overseas hurts us and that it was also his worst professional error.

According to Lalit, experience and education each have different functions. He believes self-education yields a fortune while formal education provides a means of subsistence. Thus, he considers learning to be an ongoing process. In his opinion, education is a catalyst that ignites your experiential journey and keeps getting better over time. According to him, it's critical to invest in yourself and never stop learning in order to stay current. The ideal blend of knowledge and experience is necessary for growth in life.

In his free time, he reads books, watches videos, and enrols in various courses since he enjoys learning new things. He also enjoys working out frequently to maintain his physical fitness. Besides that, he likes to drive, cook, and listen to music.

Lalit advises the current generation to first clearly define their area of interest and the field they desire to pursue as a career.
