A self-satisfied person, Lakshya worked in various organizations in different fields and gained a lot of experience. He believes in becoming an inspiration for others through positivity.

Lakshya Sharma is a Relationship Manager at Hero Housing Finance Limited in Delhi.

Lakshya hails from Delhi. He completed his schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya. He tried to do BCA twice but dropped out. Later, he moved to Bhopal and completed his graduation from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. He was also a national level cricket player, but due to his injury, he was not able to continue playing the sport. Currently, he is pursuing an MBA.

Recalling his childhood, Lakshya says that he started playing cricket at the age of four. In his childhood, he got a chance to bat with the seniors and performed very well. He also got a lot of appreciation, and always remembers those moments.

Talking about his journey, Lakshya shares that in his professional journey, he initially worked with Investors Clinic Infratech Pvt. Ltd. as a real estate agent after completing his graduation. Later, he joined IndiaBulls as a collection manager and gained a lot of experience. Then he joined Hero Housing Finance and is currently working in the company.

Lakshya considers Shahrukh Khan as his role model, who always has positive thoughts and a clear vision. He admires the struggles and way of life of Shahrukh Khan. He also admires the poetry of Atal Bihari Vajpayee and is inspired by the thoughts of his first CEO, Honey Katiyal.

Lakshya’s success mantra is to learn new things and try them with positivity. He also believes in hard work along with smart work. The words of his first CEO still motivate and inspire him a lot who always said: ‘It is forbidden to get tired.'

In his free time, Lakshya likes to play cricket and indoor games. He also loves to play the guitar and cook.
